I have lots of luggage, will there be room
Each passenger has an allowance of one suitcase or similar and one small hand baggage. If you are bringing more suitcases or a bike or golf clubs please mention this on the quotation form to ensure that a suitable vehicle is supplied.
What types of vehicles do you use
We have a range of vehicles ranging from Standard and Executive Saloons, Estates, and mini-busses which can cater for up to 14 passengers plus luggage.
How do I pay for my transfer
Payment must be made in cash (Euros) to the driver inside the Taxi or Minibus.
If I need a transfer within the next 12 hours can I book it online
Yes, you can book a last minute transfer online, but if you want to be picked up within 12 hours of your booking time you must confirm with us by telephone or before or after filling in the online reservation form.
Will I have to share the Car or Minibus with others who are not in my party
No, when you reserve a vehicle with us, no matter whether it is a 4 passenger Taxi car, 8 passenger Minibus or 14 passenger Minibus, the vehicle is exclusively yours for the journey!
Does the transfer stop en route
No, all transfers are direct, from door to door. Your Taxi/Minibus driver will only stop in case of emergency.
How do I know that my reservation is confirmed
We will confirm your reservation in writing by email.
Will the taxi have air-conditioning
Yes, all of our taxis and minibuses have air-conditioning.
Does your taxi company provide Baby Seats
Yes, Cyprus Taxi Services provides you baby seats like infant seats, toddler seats however you must request these at the time of booking.
If my flight is delayed, will the taxi driver wait for me
Patience and don’t worry about the delay. We are professionals and are accustomed to delays. Thanks to the information you send us in the booking form (i.e. flight number), we know the delay of the flight and will wait until you arrives.
What Should I do if my baggage is delayed or lost
Please advise the airport lost luggage desk and also telephone us as if you are delayed from exiting the airport we will need to know to wait for you.
Where can I find the driver at the arrival in the airport
He will be waiting immediately outside the airports doors.
Can I travel with my pet in the taxi
Yes, please let us know in the comments section of booking form and we will send you an appropriate vehicle. An additional fee may apply but we will provide you with a fixed price quotation once we have received your completed booking form with the details of the pets. Important! Don’t forget that due to the current regulations, we are forced to transport pets in an appropriate pet box.
